Dr Ben Chan has over 36 years of experience in general management and regional marketing management for industrial, consumer and services products in Asia Pacific. He lectured in Singapore Management University on Entrepreneurship and Business Creation. In addition, he lectured in several universities in Western Australia and Indonesia. He is also the Executive Director of Singapore’s EntrepreneurShip Development Centre (S-ENDEC) – A Learning Capital Centre for entrepreneurs and technopreneurs to learn the Philosophy of Entrepreneurism and the Art of EntrepreneurShip. Dr Chan is the co-designer of the MIT-IDEAS Indonesia Program for tri-sector (Government, Business and Civil Society) leaders in Indonesia. Currently, he is the Regional Co-ordinating Faculty in the UID-MIT IDEAS Asia Pacific Program. He is a Presencing Institute Certified Master Facilitator on Theory U and U Process. He has conducted extensive research on the HeartWare of Entrepreneurial Leadership for leaders from the tri-sectors.
